Areas of Practice
Frank has been practicing patent law for over 15 years. His practice emphasizes general client IP counseling, patent strategy, opinions, due diligence, and hands-on patent prosecution in areas including telecommunications, signal processing, semiconductor fabrication processes, electro-optical systems, superconductor applications, power distribution, computer architecture, internet applications, and business methods.

Professional Experience
Prior to founding Occhiuti Rohlicek & Tsao LLP, Frank was a principal at Fish & Richardson P.C. As an electrical engineer at M/A-COM, Inc., Frank designed and developed high frequency communications systems and subsystems of microwave and millimeter wave components: transceivers, amplifiers, filters, switches, mixers, and multipliers.
