Professional Experience
Kelly is a former Patent Examiner. While at the USPTO, she made patentability determinations in the area of medical examination devices and surgical tools, and their methods of use.
Prior to joining Occhiuti Rohlicek & Tsao, Kelly was a technology specialist with Carrier Blackman and Associates, Novi, Michigan. In addition, she has interests and professional experiences as a rehabilitation engineer and in academic research, and has authored scientific publications related to biomechanics of the human spine.
