Occhiuti Rohlicek & Tsao LLP (ORT) seeks a highly motivated patent attorney or agent with at least 2 to 5 years of patent prosecution experience and licensed to practice before the USPTO. Interested candidates should have a strong academic background and/or work experience in electrical/computer engineering. Candidates should also have superior writing skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to enhancing the engineering practice at ORT.
